Client AFID Foundation
Mission The AFID Foundation is a non-profit organization with a variety of activities geared toward supporting, training, integrating and treating people with disabilities. While celebrating 30 years of existence, AFID decided to renew its online presence, having chosen ESTREIA for that work.
Solution ESTREIA provided a design service with the following:
- A strategy based on a main website, complemented by 5 specialized microsites for each brand/service provided by AFID;
- Responsive web design, where all AFID sites share the same global image;
- AFID’s online store with product catalog, shopping basket and various payment methods;
- Useful features like search, various forms and sharing options to the social networks;
- Website was connected to WordPress, so that the client can easily update its content;
- Training session was held with AFID’s staff, focused on updating tasks;
- Customer receives statistical reports with metrics and goals, like forms and clicks on emails;
- Search engine optimization was done.
Results AFID websites generate contacts from volunteers, users and partners on a frequent basis, and rank high on Google, in searches relevant to their activity, like “centro de reabilitação” (rehabilitation center) or “creche amadora” (day care in Amadora) among others (note: search results may vary according to your location and profile).
